- Private transport can be arranged upon request for all tours.
- Any personal belongings, such as media equipment, wallets, or valuables left in our vehicles or at tour sites are at your own risk. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for them.
- Strollers are not permitted inside vehicles without prior notice, so please inform us when making your reservation.
- An adult must accompany children aged 3 to 12 years in any water activities.
- During Islamic occasions and national holidays, alcohol will not be served, and live entertainment will not be available.

- Photography of UAE residents, especially women, military institutions, government buildings, and installations is strictly prohibited.

- We reserve the right to charge 100% no-show fees if guests are not on time for pickup.
- No refunds will be issued for partially utilized services.
- In the event of uncontrollable circumstances (traffic, vehicle breakdowns, delays caused by other guests, or weather), we will provide alternative options if possible.
- If guests fail to arrive on time and our vehicle departs, we will not arrange alternative transfers, and no refunds will be given for missed tours.
