- Snow boots and a disposable pair of socks provided.
- Helmets are required for children under 13 at all times.
- At iFly Dubai, all flying suits, helmets, earplugs, and goggles are included.

- Pickup will be arranged from Dubai city center hotels.
- Guests must carry a hard copy of their tickets downloaded from our website to gain entry.
- Pickup from areas other than Dubai city center hotels is available upon request for an extra fee.
- If you select the “With Transfer” option during booking, your tickets will be delivered to you at pickup.
- Minimum skill requirements for slope use include: stopping safely, speed control, linked turns, and the ability to use the lifts.
- Ski Dubai reserves the right to request proof of age.
