• Due to uncontrollable circumstances (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delays by other guests, weather issues), if the tour is delayed or canceled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
• If a guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location, we will not arrange for alternative transfer, and no refund will be provided for the missed tour.
