- Location Address: Sheikh Zayed Road, Opposite Palm Jebel Ali – Dubai
- Transfer services will be available only if you select the option with transfers at the time of booking.
- Pickup will be arranged from your Dubai hotel/residence only, not from the airport.
- Pickup/drop-off timing on shared transfers may be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
- If the park reaches capacity during Eid holidays, guests may need to visit the following day.
- Motiongate Dubai operating hours: 12:00 PM – 08:00 PM (Sun – Thurs), 12:00 PM – 09:00 PM (Fri – Sat)
- Please note that some activities may be unavailable due to maintenance or upgrades and are subject to availability.
- Private cars are available for groups of 5 to 7 people.
- We have professional licensed drivers.
- Refreshments (water, cold drinks, juices) will be provided.
- Cash payments can be made at pickup in local currency.
- If you have half a day or more to spare in Dubai during your cruise, book a tour adventure with us! Pickup can be arranged from Cruise Terminal or Port Rashid, Dubai.
- Our cars are legally licensed, air-conditioned, and comfortable.
- Pickup and drop-off are part of the package from your residence/hotel/apartment in Dubai or Sharjah (minimum of 3 people).
- For tours during flight stopovers, a pickup location outside the airport will be scheduled.
