• Seating arrangements for all transfers are based on availability, as determined by our tour manager.
• Pick-up/drop-off times can be adjusted according to the trip schedule and may change depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• Some inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days according to government regulations; we do not hold responsibility for this.
• Actual transfer times may vary by up to 30 to 60 minutes from the times listed on our website.
• Summer clothing is appropriate for most of the year; however, sweaters or jackets may be necessary during winter months.
• We recommend bringing sunglasses, hats, and sun protection cream.
• Private transport can be arranged upon request for all tours.
• Any personal belongings left in our vehicles or at tour sites, such as media equipment, wallets, or other valuables, are the sole responsibility of the guest. Our drivers and tour guides are not liable for them.
• Strollers are not allowed inside vehicles without prior notice, so please inform us at the time of reservation.
• An adult must accompany children aged 3 to 12 years in the water during any water activities.
• Alcohol will not be served, and there will be no live entertainment during Islamic occasions and national holidays.
• Please read and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure/itinerary, the ‘Terms and Conditions,’ Price Grid, and any other applicable documents, as they form part of your contract with us once you make a booking.
• Photography of UAE residents, particularly women, military institutions, government buildings, and installations, is strictly prohibited.
• Littering is a punishable offense, and offenders may face fines.
• Smoking in public areas is not permitted.
• Some tours require your original passport or Emirates ID; please read the critical notes carefully to ensure you have the necessary documents, as we are not responsible for missed tours due to lack of proper identification.
• We reserve the right to charge 100% no-show fees if the guest does not arrive on time for pick-up.
• There are no refunds for partially utilized services.
• Due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., traffic, vehicle breakdowns, delays caused by other guests, or weather), if a tour is delayed or canceled, we will provide alternative options if possible.
• If a guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pick-up location, we will not arrange alternative transport, and no refund will be provided for the missed tour.

• We reserve the right to reschedule an itinerary or route, adjust pricing, or cancel a tour at our discretion if deemed necessary for your safety or convenience.
• Unused inclusions in a tour package are non-refundable.
• Guests failing to arrive on time at the designated pick-up point will be considered no-shows; no reimbursement or alternative transport will be arranged in such cases.
• In the event of cancellations or alterations due to bad weather, vehicle issues, or traffic problems, we will make sincere efforts to arrange alternative services with similar options based on availability.

• Pick-up and drop-off timings listed on our website are approximate and will be adjusted according to your location and traffic conditions.
• Coupon codes can only be redeemed through the online booking process.
