- Venue Address: Dubai Dolphinarium, Inside the Creek Park Gate 1, Umm Hurair 2 – Dubai.
- Please arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the session begins.
- Transfer times may vary based on traffic conditions and your location.
- All entrants must pay AED 5 to enter Creek Park with a NOL card. For tourists without a NOL card, it can be purchased at Creek Park Gate 1 for AED 25, which includes AED 19 credit.
- Free seating is available on Monday, Friday, and Saturday at 11:00 AM, and Friday at 6:00 PM. Arrive early to secure good seats!
- Child age is classified as 2-12 years, and children under 2 years enter free of charge.
- For water activities, children must be 8 years old or older and confident swimmers.
- Operating Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Wednesday – Monday) / Closed on Tuesday.
- Pickup will be arranged from Dubai city center hotels.
- Transfer options will be provided if you select the “With Transfer” option at the time of booking.
- Once you book tickets online, a Confirmation Number will be sent to your email. This number is required for entry at the Dubai Dolphinarium.
- The Dolphinarium reserves the right to refuse entry and eject individuals for inappropriate behavior without a refund or explanation.
- This product must not be sold individually at prices lower than the attraction’s gate prices. It can only be discounted in combination with other products, and under no circumstances should its standalone price be less than the original gate price.
- Operational days and timings are subject to change during the month of Ramadan.
