Seat Allocation

Seats are pre-allocated by management based on booking details. If you prefer specific seating, early booking is essential. Pick-up and drop-off services are not provided, but all guests will have access to parking facilities.

Detailed Itinerary:

• Capacity: 70 guests (40 on the Upper Deck, 30 on the Lower Deck)
• Departure: From Bur Dubai’s Al Seef, cruising along Dubai Creek, passing Maktoum Bridge, Dubai Festival City, and Jaddaf, with Burj Khalifa fireworks viewed from Jaddaf Waterfront
• Boarding Time: 8:00 pm
• Cruise Departure: 9:00 pm – 9:30 pm, returning between 1:30 am and 1:45 am

Guests will receive booking details, including the contact of the event coordinator, location map, and boarding time, via WhatsApp or email after December 20th.

Seating & Decorations

• Pre-assigned seating on the Upper Deck
• Gender-specific restrooms available for guests

Transportation & Parking

• Pick-up/Drop-off: Available at an additional cost (1000 AED for SUV, 1500 AED for a mini-bus).
• Self-drive: Parking at Al Seef Mall (location shared via WhatsApp).

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• No cancellations or refunds for New Year’s Eve bookings.
• Non-refundable tickets, no-show policy enforced.
• Event schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances with at least 10 days’ notice.

In case of adverse weather or cancellations, refunds will be processed within 21 working days through the original payment method.
