Itinerary:

• The Aisha Creek Cruise accommodates up to 70 guests: 40 on the Upper Deck and 30 on the Lower Deck.
• Boarding starts at 8:00 PM from Bur Dubai’s Al Seef.
• The cruise passes landmarks such as Al Seef, Maktoum Bridge, Dubai Festival City, and Jaddaf, offering a prime view of the Burj Khalifa fireworks.
• Departure is between 9:00 and 9:50 PM, returning around 1:30 to 1:45 AM.

After booking, you will receive additional information via WhatsApp or email after December 20th, including the name of your event coordinator, location maps, and precise boarding times.

Seating Arrangements

• Seating on the Lower Deck is assigned by the management.
• Gender-specific restrooms are available.
• Both decks will be festively decorated with balloons and ribbons.

Transportation & Parking

• Optional pick-up and drop-off services are available at an extra cost (AED 1000 for SUVs, AED 1500 for Mini Buses).
• Pick-up will be between 7:00 and 7:30 PM on December 31, with return times between 2:30 and 3:00 AM on January 1.
• Self-drive guests can park at Al Seef Mall at their own cost, with details shared via WhatsApp.

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed, and food from the event cannot be taken away.

Cancellation Policy:

• There are no refunds or cancellations for New Year’s Eve 2024 bookings.
• In the event of no-shows, no refunds will be provided.
• Refunds are only available if the event is canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, and will be processed within 21 working days.
