• Pick-up is only available from residential areas in Dubai, not from the airport.

• Booking and Payment: Advance booking and payment are required to secure your spot. Your reservation is confirmed only upon payment.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• No Cancellations: Once confirmed, bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
