Important Information:

• Theme Park Access: After booking, you’ll receive further details through WhatsApp or email starting from December 20th.
• Transfers: If booked, hotel/residence transfers (within Dubai) will be arranged. No airport pickups. Pickups are scheduled between 19:00 and 19:30 on New Year’s Eve, with returns from 03:50 to 04:00 on January 1st.
• Arrival Without Transfers: To ensure timely access, arrive by 20:00. Late arrivals will not be allowed entry.

Age Policy:

• No children under 2 years are allowed in the auditorium.
• Children aged 2 and above must hold a ticket.
• Guests under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

• Non-Refundable: Once confirmed, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• Missed Events: No refunds will be given for missed events or personal circumstances.
• COVID-19 Protocols: Some performances may require proof of vaccination for entry.
• Latecomers Policy: If you arrive late, seating will only be allowed during appropriate breaks in the performances.

• Print your tickets beforehand as mobile tickets will not be accepted for entry.
• Parking near Burj Khalifa may be limited on New Year’s Eve. More parking details will be shared soon.
• Kindly refrain from using mobile phones or cameras during performances to respect the performers and other attendees.
