- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, including media equipment and valuables. Our drivers and tour guides are not liable for lost items.

- An adult must accompany children aged 3 to 12 years in any water activities.
- Alcohol will not be served on Islamic occasions and national holidays, and live entertainment will not be available during these times.

- We reserve the right to impose a 100% no-show charge if guests do not arrive on time for pickup.

- In the event of uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., traffic, vehicle breakdowns, guest delays, or weather), if a tour is delayed or canceled, we will provide alternate options when possible.
- If a guest does not arrive on time and our vehicle departs, we will not arrange alternative transport, and no refunds will be issued for the missed tour.
