Detailed Itinerary

• The cruise accommodates up to 60 guests: 35 on the upper deck and 25 on the lower deck.
• Departure from Jaddaf, behind Palazzo Versace Hotel.
• Cruise route includes passing through Dubai Festival City, with a highlight of Burj Khalifa fireworks viewed from Jaddaf Waterfront.
• Boarding timings: 8:30 pm to 9:00 pm.
• Departure: Between 9:30 pm and 10:00 pm, with the cruise returning at approximately 1:30 am to 1:45 am.

Seating Arrangements

• Seats will be assigned on the lower deck by the cruise management.
• Gender-specific restrooms will be available.

Transportation & Parking

• Pick-up and drop-off services are available for an extra fee: 1000 AED for an SUV (up to 6 guests) and 1500 AED for a Mini Bus (14-seater).

• Advance payment is required to secure your spot, and tickets are non-refundable.
• Boarding will not be allowed after 9:00 pm.
• Outside food and drinks are prohibited.
• Risk acknowledgment: By attending, you accept any associated risks.
• Booking confirmation will be sent via email and WhatsApp, and each voucher can be used only once.

Cancellation Policy

• No refunds or cancellations are allowed for New Year’s Eve 2024 bookings.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• In case of event cancellation due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, refunds will be processed within 21 working days.
