- Sailing Time: 9:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Boarding Procedure: Please present your booking voucher or confirmation upon boarding.
Boarding Location: Dubai Marina Harbor Entrance Station P1, Pontoon AA-AB.

- Location Information: We will send the exact Google Maps location via WhatsApp and email before December 25, 2024. Should there be any changes to the departure point, you’ll be notified in advance.
- Scenic Route: The yacht will cruise along picturesque routes, showcasing breathtaking views of Dubai Marina, Atlantis, Burj Al Arab, JBR, and Palm Jumeirah.
- Transportation: Please note that transportation to the yacht departure location is not included in the package. Guests must arrange their own transport to the departure point.
- Valet Parking: For self-drive guests, valet parking is available at Dubai Marina Harbor for an additional fee, ensuring a hassle-free arrival.
- Transportation Options:
- SUV: Available for 1000 AED, accommodating up to 6 guests.
- Mini Bus: Available for 1500 AED, providing space for up to 12 guests.

Seating Arrangements
Step aboard our luxurious yacht and enjoy a front-row seat to the most exciting New Year’s Eve celebration. Guests will be seated across three exclusive areas: the front side, the upper deck, and the lower deck. Seating is arranged on a first-come, first-served basis. And don’t worry, during the grand fireworks show, there’s plenty of space for everyone to take in the magical display.

While there’s no strict dress code, we kindly ask you to dress in a manner that’s both stylish and respectful for the occasion.
Service Terms and Conditions
- Event Date: This booking is exclusively for the New Year’s Eve Yacht Party on December 31, 2024.
- Booking & Payment: Secure your spot with an advance booking and payment. Your reservation is confirmed only upon full payment.
- Contact Information: Ensure you provide your full name and contact number when making a reservation.
- Ticket Resale: Please note, reselling tickets is strictly prohibited.
- Boarding Time: Arrive on time! Boarding closes at 8:30 PM, and late arrivals will not be allowed.
- Outside Food & Drinks: Guests are not allowed to bring any external food or beverages onboard.
- Event Catering: Food served at the event is for on-board consumption only—no takeaways or deliveries.
- Event Assistance: Should you need any assistance during the event, feel free to reach out to our dedicated staff.
- Acknowledging Risks: By attending, you agree to accept any inherent risks associated with the event.
- Prohibited Items: Illegal substances and dangerous items are strictly banned.
- Event Availability: Availability is subject to change, based on the organizer’s discretion.
- Booking Confirmation: Show your booking confirmation either digitally on your phone or as a printed copy.
- Receipt of Confirmation: Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

Cancellation Policy
- Non-Cancellable: All bookings are final, and once confirmed, they cannot be canceled.
- Non-Refundable Tickets: Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any reason.
- No-Show Policy: No refunds will be provided for guests who fail to attend.
- Event Changes: In case of unforeseen circumstances, the organizers may adjust or upgrade the event schedule with a 10-day prior notice. The organizers reserve the right to cancel or change the event if necessary.
Please Note: There are no refunds or cancellations allowed for New Year’s Eve 2025 bookings. Changes in plans or cancellations will not result in a refund.
Refund Policy
- In the rare case of cancellations due to weather or unforeseen events, refunds will be processed within 21 working days.
- Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
