• Pickup will be arranged from Dubai city center hotels.
• Guests are required to carry a hard copy of the tickets downloaded from our website, which must be presented at the entrance for entry.
• Pickup from areas other than Dubai city center hotels will be arranged upon request with an additional surcharge.
• The transfer option is available for this activity if you select the “With Transfer” option at the time of your booking; the tickets will be delivered to you at pickup.
• The minimum skill requirement for using the recreational slope includes stopping safely, speed control, linked turns, and the ability to use the lifts.
• Ski Dubai reserves the right to request proof of age.
• Ski Dubai’s operational hours are Sunday – Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM, Thursday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 AM, Friday: 09:00 AM – 12:00 AM, and Saturday: 09:00 AM – 11:00 PM.
• This product must not be sold individually to an end consumer at rates lower than the attraction’s gate prices. It can only be discounted if combined with other products, and under no circumstances should its standalone price be less than the original gate price.
• Pickup/drop-off timing for shared transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
