Additional Information

• Venue address: Ski Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Rd, Dubai.
• Please carry a valid ID, as Ski Dubai reserves the right to request proof of age.
• Ski/Snowboard equipment, jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and helmets will be provided for safety.
• Helmets are mandatory for children under 13 years old.
• To ride the Snow Bullet Ride, children must be above eight years of age, 125 cm in height, and weigh more than 30 kg. Adults should not weigh more than 120 kg.
• Slope access is available for experienced skiers/snowboarders only.
• Some rides and features have height and weight restrictions.
• Mobile phones and cameras are not allowed in the Penguin Encounter Area.
• I-Fly Standard Package (2 Minutes Flight) is available at City Centre Mirdif. Please arrive at the venue 60 minutes prior to your selected demo session time.
• Eating and drinking on the cold side is only permitted at the Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant (Friday to Saturday – 8:30 AM – 12:00 AM; Sunday to Wednesday – 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM; Thursday to Saturday – 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM).
• Optional activities included in the Snow Plus pass are subject to availability. If the chosen activity is unavailable on your visit date, you may opt for another activity listed in the inclusions.
• Transfers are only available from Deira and Bur Dubai.
• Transfer timings may vary depending on traffic conditions and your location.

• Pickup will be arranged from Dubai city center hotels.
• Guests must present a hard copy of the tickets downloaded from our website at the entrance for entry.
• Pickup from areas outside Dubai city center hotels will be done upon request with an additional surcharge.
• The transfer option is available for this activity if you select the “With Transfer” option at the time of booking; tickets will be delivered at the time of pickup.
• The minimum skill requirement for using the recreational slope includes stopping safely, speed control, linked turns, and the ability to use the lifts.
• Ski Dubai reserves the right to request proof of age.
• This product must not be individually sold to an end consumer at rates lower than the attraction’s gate prices. It can only be discounted if combined with other products, and its standalone price must not be featured lower than the original gate price.
