• Up to 40 minutes of fun and educational experience where you’ll learn fascinating facts about penguins and how to protect them in the wild
• Meeting and interacting with two species of penguins
• A standard locker
• Ski Dubai trousers and jackets in multiple sizes (S to 4XL)

• Snow boots and a new pair of socks
• For safety reasons, children under two years of age are not permitted inside Ski Dubai
• Children aged 14 years or under must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 or above
• All our Penguin Friend encounters begin at midday and run every half hour until 9 PM

• Pickup will be arranged from Dubai city center hotels.
• Guests are required to carry a hard copy of the tickets downloaded from our website, which must be presented at the entrance for entry.
• Pickup from areas other than Dubai city center hotels can be arranged upon request with an additional surcharge.
• A transfer option is available if you select the “With Transfer” option at the time of booking; tickets will be delivered to you at the time of pickup.
• The minimum skill requirements for using the recreational slope include stopping safely, speed control, linked turns, and the ability to use the lifts.
• Ski Dubai reserves the right to request proof of age.
• Ski Dubai’s operational hours are as follows:
  • Sunday – Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM
  • Thursday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 midnight
  • Friday: 09:00 AM – 12:00 midnight
  • Saturday: 09:00 AM – 11:00 PM
• This product must not be individually sold to an end consumer at rates lower than the attraction’s gate prices. Discounts can only be applied in combination with other products; under no circumstances should the standalone price be featured less than the original gate price.
• Pickup/drop-off timing for shared transfers may be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes based on traffic conditions and your location.
