- Pick-up will be arranged from your Dubai hotel/residence only, not from the airport.
- Sharing transfers are available only from selected areas.
- The park features many rides that may require maintenance. If any ride is non-operational on your visit, we do not hold any responsibility.
- During busy periods, the queue for Jumeirah Sceirah will close 45 minutes before the park’s closing time.
- Pick-up/drop-off timing for sharing transfers may vary by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
- Opening Hours: Monday to Sunday – 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Note: Wild Wadi Waterpark will be closed for essential maintenance from January 8, 2023, to February 3, 2023, inclusively.
- Minimum booking of 2 people is required.
- Refreshments in the form of water, cold drinks, or juices will be provided on the premises.
- Cash payments in local currency can be made at the pick-up time.
- Pick-up (one way) is included in the package, from your residence/hotel/apartment in Dubai or Sharjah (minimum 3 people).
