• Safety Guidelines: Aquaventure is a shallow water facility; please enter all pools and attractions feet first for safety. Diving is not permitted anywhere.
• Pick-up Details: Arrangements will be made for pick-up from your Dubai hotel or residence only. The timing for sharing transfers may vary by 30 to 60 minutes based on traffic conditions and your location.
• Opening Hours: Daily from 9:45 am to 5:30 pm.
• Booking Requirements: Minimum of 2 people for booking.
• Refreshments: Water, cold drinks, and juices will be available on the premises.
• Payment: Cash payment in local currency can be made at the time of pick-up. One-way pick-up is part of the package from your residence, hotel, or apartment in Dubai or Sharjah (minimum of 3 people).
