Operating Hours: Open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Booking: To ensure your spot, we recommend purchasing e-tickets in advance. For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your tour.
Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 96 hours or more before the tour’s departure are free.
• Within 96 hours of your tour, cancellations incur a 100% charge.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days if eligible.

Child Policy:

• Children under 6 or those between 81 cm and 120 cm in height are charged at the kid rate.
• Children who are 6 years old or taller than 120 cm will be charged adult rates.

Park Rules:

• All guests must adhere to the entry requirements displayed at the main entrance and Guest Services.
• Visitors violating the rules may be removed from the park without refund.
• Al Montazah Parks reserves the right to seek compensation for damages caused by guests who do not follow park rules.
