• Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact a local vendor at least 24 hours in advance for any special requirements.
• Arrive at the location 30 minutes before departure.
• Shared transfers are available only from hotels and residences in central Dubai (Sheikh Zayed, Marina, Deira, Bur Dubai).

Cancellation Policy

• No charges for cancellations made 24 hours before the tour departure time.
• 100% charges apply for cancellations made within 24 hours of your tour departure time.
• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years are considered infants and can enter free of charge.
• Children aged 3 to 10 years are charged at the child rate.
• Children above age 10 are considered adults and charged the adult rate.

The dhow cruise dinner occurs in the evening when temperatures are cooler, making it an excellent year-round option. However, if you find the summer heat unbearable, you can reserve a table in the fully air-conditioned lower deck of the dhow. Avoid booking a dhow cruise during Ramadan, as no drinks or entertainment performances are offered during this month.

The dhow dinner cruise is available seven days a week, 365 days a year. Both formal and smart casual attire are acceptable on a dhow cruise. Both genders should avoid wearing shorts, sleeveless dresses, and short skirts. Flip-flops and slippers are not permitted.
