• As per UAE government regulations, entertainment will be paused, and alcohol will not be served during the holy month of Ramadan or on dry days.
• Pickup and drop-off services are available if you select the transfer option.

• Cancellations made 96 hours or more before the tour’s departure are free of charge.
• Cancellations within 24 to 96 hours will incur a 50% charge.
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure will be charged 100% of the total amount.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days if eligible.

Parental Policy:

• Children under the age of two are considered infants and will receive free admission.
• Children aged 2 to 6 will be charged at the child rate.
• Children over six will be charged at adult rates.

Can we do our own catering? Yes, you can, but we don’t recommend it. Catering involves more than just providing food, including waitstaff, table setup, cutlery, buffet arrangement, and food delivery logistics. If you prefer to cater, you must select a provider that can manage all these aspects.

What times are available? If you choose a private event, there are no time restrictions as you pay by the hour. However, prime-time hours (8 PM to 11 PM) are pricier as they conflict with our daily dinner cruise. For semi-private activities, you must adhere to the dinner cruise timing of 8:30 PM to 9 PM or 9 PM to 10 PM.

What is the cancellation policy for the Birthday Party at Dhow Cruise? Our cancellation policy includes:

• Cancellations made 96 hours or more before the tour’s departure are free of charge.
• Cancellations within 24 to 96 hours will incur a 50% charge.
