- Dress Code: Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year; a light sweater or jacket may be needed in winter.
- Recommendations: Don’t forget your sunglasses, hats, and sun protection cream!
- Private Transport: Available upon request for all tours.
- Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their belongings. Our drivers and guides are not liable for lost items.
- Stroller Policy: Strollers are not allowed in vehicles without prior notice, so please inform us when making a reservation.
- Water Activities: An adult must accompany children aged 3 to 12 during water activities.
- Alcohol and Entertainment: Not served during Islamic occasions and national holidays.
Essential Guidelines:
- Photography of UAE residents, especially women, military institutions, and government buildings, is strictly prohibited.
- Littering is a punishable offense; offenders may face fines.
- Smoking in public areas is prohibited.
- Some tours require your original passport or Emirates ID; please ensure you have the necessary documents to avoid missing out.
- A 100% no-show charge applies if guests do not arrive on time for pickup.
- No refunds for partially utilized services.
- If delays or cancellations occur due to uncontrollable circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.), we will offer alternate options if possible.
- If guests are late and the vehicle departs, we cannot arrange alternative transport, and no refunds will be provided for missed tours.
