- Dress Code: Light summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but a sweater or jacket may be necessary in winter.
- We recommend carrying sunglasses, hats, and sun protection.
- Private Transport: Available upon request.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; our drivers and guides are not liable for lost items.
- Stroller Policy: No strollers allowed in vehicles without prior notice.
- An adult must accompany children aged 3 to 12 during water activities.
- Alcohol and Live Entertainment: Not served during Islamic occasions and national holidays.
Important Guidelines:
- Photography of UAE residents, especially women, military institutions, and government buildings, is strictly prohibited.
- Littering is a punishable offense, and smoking is not allowed in public areas.
- Some tours require original passport or Emirates ID. Please check critical notes to avoid missing any tour due to lack of required documentation.
- A 100% no-show charge applies if guests fail to arrive on time for pickup.
- No refunds for partially utilized services.
- In the event of uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., traffic delays, weather conditions), we will provide alternate options if possible.
- If a guest is late and the vehicle departs, we will not arrange alternative transport and no refund will be issued.
