• No-Show Charges: We reserve the right to charge 100% for no-shows if guests do not arrive on time for pickup.
• No Refunds for Partly Utilized Services: There are no refunds for services that are partially used.
• Uncontrollable Circumstances: In cases of traffic, vehicle breakdowns, delays, or weather-related issues, we will provide alternate options if possible.
• Missed Tours: If guests do not arrive on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location, no alternative transfers will be arranged, and no refunds will be issued for the missed tour.
