• Transfer options are available for this activity, with or without private arrangements, depending on your booking selection. Upon booking, you will receive a Reservation Number via email, which must be presented at Armani Mediterraneo.
• Pick-up is arranged from your Dubai hotel or residence only (not from the airport). Pick-up from areas outside of Dubai hotels or residences is available upon request with an additional surcharge.
• Location Address: Burj Khalifa – Lobby Level, Armani Hotel Dubai – Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard – Dubai. Subject to availability.

• Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the tour departure time incur no charges.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour departure time will incur a 100% charge.
  • If eligible for a refund, your amount will be returned to your account within 7 working days.
• Child Policy:
  • Children under 5 years old are considered infants and can enter for free.
  • Children aged 6 to 11 will be charged at the child rate.
  • Children aged 12 and above will be charged at the adult rate.
